“The picture looks like this is short-sleeved but it is actually sleeveless with a ruffle that falls on the shoulder, not really as flattering as it appears in picture. I am also average-tall height (5'6) and the dress is about 5 inches too long. I have loved everything else I have bought from SWAK but joke's on me here, because I bought this dress on final sale....oh well.”
