“I adore this dress! I bought it last spring and the colors lean into the neon, but not in an obnoxious way. Every single time I wear it I get compliments. I have paired it with both a white or black shrug and it looks amazing! I had to shorten it a bit for my 5'6"" frame as I wear flats, but it has ample room in the hips for my pear shaped bottom.”
