“I ordered this dress in the same size that I've previously ordered SWAK dresses but it was way to small. I called customer service to tell them that I thought the dress was labeled incorrectly and was likely 2 sizes smaller than the size I actually ordered. The CSR very politely explained that even though dresses appear to be made using the same pattern, that they use different manufacturers; therefore, it's important to look at the size chart for each individual dress. When I compared the size chart for this dress to the chart for another dress that fit, the difference was huge. This was good information to know. Even though I purchased the dress on sale, I was able to return the dress for credit.”
