“The scope was bad out of the factory customer service was impossible to get a hold of after shooting four boxes of shells and having the scope professionally mounted finally customer service let me know that the scope had to be sent back to the factory and a new one sent out after many hours of wasted time and effort at the range and money spent at the gunsmith customer service basically told me to go pound sand for any kind of discount or compensation for my time effort and money trying to get the scope that was bad in the factory to work I was disappointed that the scope the most expensive scope in the world was flawed from the factory and the customer service in my opinion sucked”
