“I used the scope on a antelope hunt and it failed the first day. It’s takes 3 years to be able to draw a tag for that unit. The hunt was ruined. I now have a elk tag in Wyoming that I planned on using it on for but it is still in your warranty center waiting in line to be repaired. One would think that a product that failed new right out of the box would be replaced immediately with no questions asked instead of waiting in line for 6 to 8 weeks for repair. But don’t worry I still have my Leupold scope to mount back on my rifle. I own nine Leupold scopes that I have acquired over the last 40 years and all are still in working condition and have never had to be sent in for warranty. It cost me $80+ to insure and send this thing in for warranty. Your email said I would be contacted after the product was received by your warranty department at the end of the day that it was received. I have heard nothing. But Fed Ex did so I know it got there. Don’t get me wrong your product worked awesome the little time that it did but the way your company handles new out of the box failures needs some improvement. If it was something that was in service for a few years I would understand. But at the price point of this product it is total BS at how this is being handled.”
