We bought these for our son after our own identical set from 2006 were repaired by Swarovski factory. Ours had been abused and had damage to an eyepiece and the focusing mechanism. Swarovski replaced parts and undertook a full refurbishment, only charging us for 1.5 hours labour (no charge for the parts). Not bad after nearly 30 years as we are not original owners having bought second hand from a camera shop in Cape Town, South Africa. Very grateful to all concerned.”
