“Glad you asked. This is a very high end purchase for me. I have been a huge fan of Ziess but the reviews favored Swarovski so I decided o switch. I find the floppy eye covers extremely annoying! they dangle around get caught in my jacket, need to constantly be put on or taken off and when you are 76 years old with Arthritis they are a poor design. Now let me get to the point that really makes me unhappy. I know the eye protectors can be removed but you not only did not give me a nice leather case like Ziess you gave me a damn cheap cloth bag that offers little or no protection. Then what really make you earn my poorest review rating is when I called you and requested purchasing a protective case you have discontinued all sizes except X-Large. Really? So I cannot even buy something that should have come free? Binoculars should come in a nice protective case that actually fit the glasses or at least you should sell one. Buying something of his quality then delivering it in a cheap cloth bag makes no sense. I feel totally ripped off”
