“Over 2 months I’ve been working in getting questions answer from Swarovski. I have been calling over a dozer times and left messages with no call back. I finally had one person contact me about the new system that Swarovski has been having. It’s so frustrating that it’s taken this long to get my EL Range fixed. I shipped my binos on November 8th and I had confirmation saying that it was delivered on November 10, 2022 but I have no received any confirmation of Swarovski receiving my binos. Since then I have tried to email to get a response and till today I have no answer yet of my status. Please have someone contact me, I’m very unhappy with the service I have been receiving and expect so much more from Swarovski. Those binos are the best on the market and I expect the same for customer service.”
