“I didn't give it a 10, b/c of the new warranty - one year!? After I registered it, I gather it is perhaps 2 years, but given the problems that I'm about to send in my EL 8.5x42 in to be addressed (purchased in 2017), I don't believe a pair of binoculars that cost me well in excess of $3500 with tax should have such a short repair window. The armoring on my ELs began bubbling at about 18months. I didn't send them in at that point, but I will be as the armoring is now crumbling. My friend has two pairs he's planning to send in with the same problem. I do expect better from Swaro, but I'm willing to buy them if I can get long-term service on what I consider to be a design defect.”
“Dopo averlo provato in tutte le situazioni e compreso le grandi potenzialità dello strumento lo raccomanderei dopo una breve spiegazione di come si usa.”
“While the optics are amazing, and the binoculars are comfortable to use, quality control on some things could use some work. Within 3 hours of owning the binoculars, with VERY minimal use, one of the bottom lens caps detached from the binoculars. There’s no way to snap it back into place once it falls out, so it forces people to have to use the small pieces of plastic that come with the binoculars and fill that bottom gap on the binos (for some reason this piece locks into place easily and isn’t goin anywhere, so why can’t that exact same mechanism be used for the lens cap attachments. The remaining lens cap then fell off within the first week of use. Just kinda an unacceptable thing to happen for $3600 binoculars.”
