“There is no problem with the bike it is fairly easy to assemble and is smooth running and quiet. The programmed exercises and various settings of load resistance are nicely graduated, and the controls are very easily understood. This bike is in daily use by both myself and my wife. In general, the bike is of an acceptable quality. However, after only twelve days of use (the bike was delivered on 2nd Nov). The pulse rate display has stopped working when the sensor pads on the handlebars are used and is highly erratic when the Bluetooth HR sensor is used (hence only two stars). I will be contacting Sweatband to see if these problems can be resolved. As such we cannot recommend this product.”
