“This is a simple training mat, and does what is asked of it. However, heaver bars at the bottom ( where they touch the ground) would be a good improvement as they move about too much because they are light.”

“Bit disappointed with the item. It arrived damaged, the plastic locking collar on one arm was broken in one place. Although I can still use the item. It is a rather poor design or inferior plastic that caused the damage. I've not used one of these crunch machines before so I don't have any comparison to make, but I presume other makes don't come with damaged parts. CVH”
