“The bench itself is very sturdy, the only problem I have is the seat adjuster locking pin doesn't tighten at all, it slots in just doesn't tighten.”

“Good piece of kit for the price, simple to put together and very sturdy. I had my doubts about the leg extension but it’s holding up well. Another plus is the padded bench part, usually these can be very flimsy and they come loose but again so far so good.”

“Good sturdy reliable bench, with seating positions for shoulders, incline/flat/decline bench press, as well as a good leg extension and bicep curl attachments. Also found if you remove the 2 holders for the barbell and put them in the back of the different height positions whilst leaning the bench forward you can use this as a squat rack”

“A decent product, does what is needed. Delivery was reasonably quick, the product itself is fairly well engineered considering the price, now obviously it is not top top gym quality but it does the job and lifting heavy (100kg+) is doable, for the money I am overall very pleased”
