“This would have been 5-stars except for one irritating issue with the C-21: nowhere can I find a description of the twelve preset exercise programs; not in the user manual, or on the internet - not Sweatband or Adidas itself! Putting the bike together was easy enough. Materials and component fabrication are all of a good standard. Therefore my 'only' complaint, I assume understandably, is that I want a description of what each of the twelve preset exercise programs does - and the description is nowhere to be found??”

“Excellent communication from start to finish. All delivered on time and in one piece which is always a bonus! We’ve had a few exercise bikes over the years but I think this one is the best one so far. Dead pleased.”
