“This machine needed some self assembly Which at first was a bit daunting However after laying all the pieces out on the ground and following the instructions it was actually quite easy The machine itself is excellent I have a used a Concept 2 at a gym and this machine is just as good but half the cost and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it”

“Can not fault Sweatband for customer care and service. I'm aware they have had delivery problems for a two week period due to new software being installed. But all seems good now. And everything back to normal. The couriers were bang on time so no waiting around. Sweatband as a team I can not fault, even the CEO Dean Jackson was rolling up his sleeves and helping sort customer problems as in my case. A real team effort. I'll be back for equipment in the future. Thank you Sweatband.”
