I am unable to rate this treadmill due to the fact that it was sent to me with a USA power lead so I wasn’t able to use it for two days after receiving while waiting for the correct lead. And the year subscription code to use the programmes on the treadmill has expired. And I am still yet to receive a reply from Sweatband or Nordic track as to when I will be receiving a new code. So unable to rate as I haven’t been able to use after almost two weeks! Absolutely shambolic. Do not purchase from sweatband because problems do not get solved

I think this is an excellent treadmill and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for a couple of minor niggles. I'll list the positives first: Good quality build; excellent value for money (it has the same specs as my last treadmill which was nearly twice the price) and a good range of features; the lap counter is great for doing reps and I use this regularly; The bad points: not very accurate on distance/speed compared to my Garmin Fenix 3 and a GPS calibrated foot pod (over a quarter mile out in 6 miles); the speakers are not loud enough when using the treadmill at high speed (not too much of a problem for me as I have a separate music player in the same room); the shelf for Ipad/phone/tablet is positioned so that, if used, the tablet will cover most of the buttons, features and the speaker jack; it has a general calorie counter that doesn't take weight, gender etc into account and is therefore of no use at all; the fan needs to be tilting to account for different heights. Most of the above are just gripes because I use my Fenix 3 for accuracy and I don't need to use a tablet for entertainment whilst running, but it seems that most could be easily corrected with a little thought from the designers. So far, I've used it every day, either for running or walking and all in all a great machine, if a little inaccurate.
