“I bought this in an attempt to try and return to my “not terribly fit but ok” fitness levels as I’ve been sitting in front of a screen for far too long. Since setting it up (suprisingly easy to do) I found it far harder work than I thought it was going to be working out. I guess a couple of years of not going out much and sitting at a desk haven’t really helped! The mechanical side of this machine is very good, I’m impressed with how quiet and smooth and sturdy it is - it really feels like a gym machine. The interactive training side is excellent too - the videos have helped me to keep going when I know that if I was working out old school style, I would have quit quite a few workouts and told myself that I’ve done enough. Very happy with this purchase. I think for the money, it’s good value considering how well it’s built and how much it actually helps you to exercise.”
