“(59 year old totally unfit with a heart condition). I Brought this bike as I did a lot of research beforehand - i Knew I wanted a recumbent bike and havent been disappointed. Can be used on light settings so that I can slowly build up my fitness. A good buy.”

“Couple over 60 with knee and back pains so research showed more suited than up right bike. Very comfy padded seat & back rest. Seat easy adjusted for both of us. I am 5ft 2 and reach pedals ok. Both unfit at the moment -building up using manual mode for now. Cant comment on other levels yet. Had bike 2 weeks. Instructions and parts labelled in steps & easy to follow, but fitting was awkward due to accessibility underneath screws. Happy so far and wouid recommend.”

“Easy to assemble very comfortable to use I think this is better than the one I used in the council gym their seats were quite hard, not sure about the heart rate monitor but overall I am very pleased, its used every day by either my wife or myself.”

“The bike arrived on time exactly as scheduled so full marks there. It was surprisingly easy to put together (the instructions are well written and easy to follow) despite it being quite a substantial bike. Was expecting that bit to be harder so full marks there too. We wanted a bigger kind of bike as both my partner and I are quite tall, 6’4 and 6’1 respectively, and our last bike felt a bit small. Have to say that we really couldn’t be happier with this model. It’s well made and is easy to use though we haven’t tried the ifit thing yet, and there are plenty of workouts built in. But above all it’s way more comfortable than our old bike. All in all, very pleased.”

“Received bike ok but after using it 3 times it started making grinding noises sent video footage to company. Tried again & it smelt of burning so obviously stopped & contacted company via email & calls several times. Still waiting for a response ??? The customer service is terrible I've been passed numerous times still no answers. The bike was less than 2 weeks old when the problems begun.”
