“Having had the Asics Progressive gel for some years and found them to be so comfortable, when they discontinued that model I was struggling to find a replacement. I have had these R9's for a month or two and they are really comfortable and really supportive around arch of my foot. I play 4-5 times a week and have to say they are probably better than the Asics. as for durability I cannot comment as not had them long enough but seem really well made and have strength around the toe area. Not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for and these seem worth the money. I am going to get another pair as a spare in case they change the model like all manufacturers seem to just when you get used to a shoe !”
