“I had to return the size 9.5, they were the equivalent of an 8.5. I had to cancel and reorder. A 10.5 was the right size. Sweatband should have been aware of the undersizing and advised customers accordingly. I received my refund a week after returning and phoning customer service. Return postage has to be paid by the customer. All the more reason to direct size issues on the webpage.”
