“Bought as a UK Size 11 having established with an internet search that this particular shoe was a wide fit. When the shoes arrived the box had US Size 12 (Normal Fit) on the label. No problem with the US 12 but it would seem that the American market offers different width fittings which are not available in UK sizes. On a positive note, the returns process was efficient and a full refund was received promptly.”
