“It does already job of sweat control, but caused a rash under my arms after applying. I thought maybe I used too much so reduced the amount the second time, but same results..”

I'm sorry you experienced irritation with SweatBlock. It is worth mentioning that many customers feel a tingling or itchy sensation as the product penetrates the skin. It is common for that to diminish over time as the skin literally becomes more accustomed to it the more you use it.
