I'm sorry to hear the Max Clinical Wipes haven't worked out for you. It is recommended that you use the wipes for 2-4 consecutive nights in a row for them to begin working. As for the itching, that can occur as the wipes penetrate the sweat glands. Please check the email we sent over to you with some tips to get this product working for you.

“Worked for the first few days but much like other products I've tried. The effects wore off and I sweat as much as I do with any other product. Not worth the burning and redness in the morning if it wont stop the sweating.”

It is recommended that you use the roll-on for 2-4 consecutive nights in a row to clean, dry skin for them to begin working. That can occur if the skin was shaved within 24 hours of application, if the skin is not completely dry before application, or if more than 2 strokes are applied.
