“If the length of the posts were an extra 200mm or more it would make installation a lot better. You've only allowed for a max of 400mm in ground and that's only if the ground is all level or you're concreting it into a path. Our ground level is 150-200mm below our paths height and we're planning to fill area with stones. We now have to box up for the extra height. If the posts were longer, they would be more versatile for various installations.”
Thanks Nathan - that is a good point, especially if the path situation is raised etc. We have a new design to be released in about 6 months with adjustable height and this will retrofit to your clothesline pole, so once that is available we could arrange something for you.
“We purchased a new T Bar clothes line to replace our old washing line , I found the web site helpful, and requested that the companies trusted installer complete the installation.
On completion of this task I wasn't happy with the way the clothes line wire looked having to retighten the wire after each load of washing was hung to dry , not being one to complain I contacted the owner of the company and asked if it could be fixed , this was promptly dealt with and in a friendly manner to keep this customer happy, We were pleased our concern was dealt with and we are happy with our new clothes line , Thank you William
