“Good product, but the instructions were very poor. Firstly, it instructs you to put the top screw in first, and then adjust to level before putting the bottom screws in. However the top screw hole is fixed, while the bottom screw hole is long to allow adjusting - putting the top screw in first means you cannot adjust the height without drilling a new hole!
Secondly, it tells you to put the bracket in 10 cm higher than your head. We did this, but I guess because we have the 1.5 m version, this means that it is impossible to open the clothesline without a step ladder. We had to lower the brackets by about 30 cm to make it usable - very annoying because we now have two unused holes drilled into our concrete wall.
Lastly, the videos of how to install are zoomed out to the point where you can’t see what to actually do (for example, how to thread the line).”
