“This device seems to work pretty well. I struggled with instructions to tighten the lines when I was setting it up as I presumed one had to loosen the lines completely, and the plastic roller from two of the tightening devices fell out: one was lost permanently. I believe a link to an explanatory movie would have prevented this.
