“It’s the only rope you have available . This is our second colonial dryer we’ve got from you so got 2 in same room. The rope got frayed and we were nervous bout it breaking so got the new rope perhaps you need a better wearing rope cos it’s very dangerous if rope breaks. Very heavy with wet clothes on so could kill someone’s or serious injury”
