“In general the swiftwick socks have a similar fit and feel. The differences you will find is the thickness and the location of the thickness in the sock. For the pursuit they are made from merino wool. If you have not worn merino socks, get teh idea of scratchy wool out of your mind - merino keeps your foot at a comfortable temperature no matter the season.
Swiftwick socks have an awesome fit that comforms to your feet and does not leave gapping that can cause blisters orirritations. The other aspect to know is the number designation 0-1-2-4 that is how high is the top of the sock. The zeros will not suck down into your shoe as well. Thw two is a little higher than the one. I like the two for golf or cycling so that grass or debris does not get into my ankle area. But you are also deciding on tan line location. From my perspective I would order various lengths to find out what you really like. The Pursuit is a thinner sock which is awesome if you have a tighter shoe and do not want a cushy sock. This is a great sock that is well worth the price IMO.”
“Well-made, good cushion and durability, especially if you wash in cold water and air dry. Good natural wicking.
Buy several, wear one pair one day and let them air out. You don’t have to continually wash them.
Latest batch runs small (I believe)”
“I accidentally bought the merino wool socks and when I opened the package I thought I would have to return them. I felt them and they were much softer that I would have imagined. I tried them on and they felt soo good. I really like them. Thought they would be itchy like most wool, but not the case. They are my favorite socks from Swiftwick. My fourth pair I've gotten for them.”
“I like the Pursuit Two, but I wish that I ordered Pursuit Four. This is my personal preference to have a sock a little higher up on my ankle. The weight and comfort of this sock is great.”
