“The latest pair of Aspire socks I bought were about half as thick as the ones I bought a couple of years ago. I sent a message a couple weeks ago asking why, but since I didn't receive a reply, I assume they changed suppliers to cut costs while providing unsuspecting customers with a comparably inferior product. They were my go-to socks, but I'll be sending these ones back. Had I know about the changes, I never would have bought them again.”
“For several years, these have been the only socks I wear for hiking and backpacking. They are light, soft, snug, and wick moisture quickly. They do wear out a little faster than some other brands, but I keep coming back to them.”
“I've been a long-time fan of the Aspire sock. The older versions had great compression. The new version is okay. The compression isn't to the same level and the material doen't seem as durable. We'll see how long they last. Still, better than most socks out there. Just not to the same level as before.”
