This is such a special and different oil. I am so used to thicker oils, such as jojoba and rosehip and often wake up a little oily or with a small breakout due to the thickness. This oil, however is so very thin and almost water like yet packs a punch in terms of benefits. The dropper is great and allows me to measure out however much I need for use. I tend to use this as my last step and like to press it into my skin. The great thing about this product is that it does so much. When I'm too lazy to complete a full skincare routine, I would just use this alone at night and found it still had so many evident benefits. After use, my skin felt plump, it looked brighter and I noticed my fine lines were reduced. It was a great oil that I would be sad to be without now.

I thoroughly enjoyed reviewing this as part of the glosscars review team. It left my skin looking and feeling very hydrated. I will definitely recommend to family and friends as a good new option for them to consider. The price point was really wonderful considering the quality of the product. The look and feel of the product was very high quality - I will certainly recommend to others. This is indeed a great new find and I look forward to purchasing in the future and hope it is on sale in many shops as well as online.

I received the LimiBalance facial oil from beautyheaven to trial and my overall impressions were that this is quite the impressive oil. I definitely think it helped to keep me hydrated which was a pleasant surprise given how lightweight it felt whilst applying to my face. I also think it helped to brighten and wake up my complexion so I like to use it in the morning in particular. Wears well under make up as well. Not sure if it did anything for wrinkles and fine lines, but maybe with longer use it might. The dropper design of the bottle made it quite easy to dispense the correct amount which I usually have trouble with so that was nice - at $110 a pop you don't want to be wasting a drop. Having said that, a little bit of product goes a long way so I do believe this bottle will last a while. Overall a great product that I'm more than happy to keep using now that the trail is over. Bonus: its an Aussie product so its also nice to know you're supporting local by purchasing this product.

Synergie Skin LumiBalance multi-active facial oil has the natural form of retinol called Bakuchiol, prickly pear seed oil and a lipid complex. It's marketed as a skin balance facial oil with antioxidants to fight free radicals. It is housed in a frosted amber glass bottle with a drop lid for easy and hygienic dispensing. The facial oil is lightweight and quite runny for a facial oil. I like that because sometimes the thicker consistency feels suffocating on my face. I just press it onto my skin and it creates a hydrating barrier on my skin. I especially reach for this when my skin is feeling a little sensitive. There is a scent from the ingredients but I don't notice it after application. I also mix it with my foundation for a luminous finish on my skin. A few drops goes a long way and while pricey, the ingredients are impressive.

I’ve been blown away by how nice and nourishing this oil is. I’ve used a few Synergie products before but this one steals the show as my favourite. I have dry and sensitive skin that’s prone to breakouts so I always feel oils are too oily. But the texture of this one was lightweight and applied easily. The results have spoken for themselves my skin is more dewy and moisturised as my acne spots have healed quicker than normal. As well, I must say the scent is unique but it didn’t actually bother me it has an organic type of smell of spices but I found it wasn’t over powering (and I’m very sensitive to scent so that’s saying something). I’ve been using this oil at nighttime before bed and my skin does feel and look so much better and in the morning using it. I’ve even noticed some lines on my forehead have lessened. Overall, a true winner for me and I’ll definitely keep using it and will repurchase when I finish.

I felt lucky that I was able to trial this product as part of the BH Glosscar Awards 2022. I loved that it felt like a lightweight oil and it seemed to just soak into the skin so easily. It did not feel heavy or gluggy at all some oils do. I tend to use oils in the evening so would put this after cleasing/tonor and waited for about 10/15 mins before moisturising. The dropper dispenser is incredibly useful to manage the amount of product you want to use, which is only a few drops. This is great given the price so it will last a very long time from one bottle. After a few weeks I think i could feel my skin a bit more softer and supple. It seems as if over time, my skin was getting better at absorbing the oil and other products. I am definitely going to keep using it to see if I can experience even more benefits.

I received this product as part of the Glosscars 2022 box. I was excited to try this product as I had not tried anything from the Synergie Skin Clean Science brand before. I was also excited to try it as I enjoy using a facial oil especially at night. The LumiBalance multi-active facial oil has a light botanical scent. The oil has a thin consistency and absorbed quickly into my skin. Although my skin looks shiny after I apply it, it does not feel sticky or oily to the touch. As I have combination skin, this product would probably be too shiny for me to wear in the morning as I will need to apply sunscreen and then maybe makeup on top.

I was fortunate enough to be able to trial this. To be honest, I am not a big fan of facial oil but this is light on my skin and this product feels like it is not there. Synergie Skin LumiBalance is definitely a must-try if you use oil daily. The recommendation is day and night but since I have oily skin, I use it only at night time or twice a day. The product state that it has '8 potent evidence-based actives to reduce the appearance of fine lines, brighten, and deeply moisturise the skin.' I can tell my skin was brighter the next day and I did feel my skin is moisturised throughout the day. One of the most important factors for packaging for me is hygiene. Since it is a dropper, that was not an issue with it. I normally use 3-5 drops but on days where my skin feels dry, I will apply more. Overall great product and love it :)
