“I am so disappointed in this purchase. I paid $7.00 to ship, fine, I agreed. Upon receipt, followed instructions, unit did not charge, no blue light flash for Bluetooth, connect button useless, and never could get it to turn on. Enclosed instructions were not for this keyboard. Called support for help - they were closed, left vm asking for a return call, nothing! Icing on the cake, I had to spend $11 return postage of a defective, unusable product. I'll hopefully net $20 refund.”
