“The overall appearance is great - feels good and sturdy, hold my tablet nicely. The keyboard keys feel solid. Magnets are strong. (tho there is no magnet to hold the closure strap to the back like the manual states, so I just tuck it in between the tablet and the case to keep it from hanging in front of the screen) On the less good: the "dark purple" is more of an ox-blood red. On the negative, It doesn't stay paired effectively if you close it down and open it back up, or if the tablet goes to sleep. It will still be listed as paired on the tablet's bluetooth list, but it won't respond to typing. Every single time I go to use it, I have to unpair it and re-pair it to my tablet, along with typing in the code for pairing, in order for it to work. I find that a bit of a hassle when every other bluetooth appliance I have remains instantly useable after any length of dis-use... So, I am on the fence as to whether I like this case or not. Returning it and shopping for another similar item seems even more of a hassle than going thru the motions of pairing it each time I use it. (tho' I am a little heartbroken that the purple wasn't as purple as the picture.) Maybe a software update will someday eventually fix the pairing problem...?....?”

“Very disappointed, this case is completely different than what it shows on internet as well as the box it comes in! The kickstand in the back to hold your screen up is very floppy, not at all adjustable, so your screen falls backwards instead of an upright position.”

“Was extremely disappointed this doesn't have a touch pad (mouse pad) it's ONLY a keyboard. So you have to go back and forth between touch the screen to the keyboard which over complicates things. I thought all keyboard cases came with a touch pad now a days! Will be returning”

“On one hand I really like the professional look of this product. My Microsoft tablet fits perfectly and is snug in the case. Why I did not give a higher rating is because unless you are working on a desk or table, the mount on the back of the case is not very functional. If I am working on my lap (as such when I am on a plane) the flap on the back does not have a good angle allowing you to work on your lap. It would also help if there was a cutout to use the camera. I don't use my camera alot so that functionality is not as big an issue.”
