“I want to give this case 3 3/4 stars cause it's actually a very good product. My couple issues are due to the limitations of being a universal tablet case rather than specifically made for Samsung. I've had it now for 2 months, and wanted to wait till I've used it a fair amount to get a good impression of the product before I submitted a review. It took 2 weeks longer to arrive because it actually shipped to Canada from China. I hadn't been aware of that...I thought it was coming from the USA. Firstly, the quality and colour (I got a delicious red) are fabulous...exceed my expectations but match my hopes :) It holds it's charge well. I don't type enough to get a sense of keys sticking, but I'm super impressed with the multitude of functions this keyboard has over other ones I've tried of the "universal" cases out there. My tablet is a Samsung 10.1"... .the silicone corner tabs hold on ok initially, but then let go on 1 or 2 corners the more I handle it. I am conscious of that so I just try to be careful when I transport it by putting it in a carry bag, and then when I open it up I check the corners right away. Also there is no peek-a-boo spot for the camera, so when I want to take photos I have to take it out of the case. I guess you decide how careful of a person you are/or not. I still love this case and would highly recommend it. I'm hoping the design team can tweek those couple of details, then it will be perfecto!”

“My old tablet cover had an integrated keyboard, but unfortunately I dropped it a couple months ago and the keyboard developed a fault and one of the security clips had broken. This arrived in very quick time and looks great. I had a little difficulty setting the keyboard as the @ key is in a totally different location, with the shift fig 2 key. But when set-up as an English UK it did not work. However the tech people at Cooper were able to help me sort the keyboard, which has to be set-up as an English American keyboard. The keyboard and the case are great and well worth the price.”
