“The design for the charging port and headphones is absolutely horrible. Because of the placement of the charging port, the case has to be taken off every time we want to charge the tablet. The headphone hole is extremely tight and has to be forced to fit the jack. For her last tablet we purchased a similar case from a different supplier and maker, the tablet case was much better made and we did not have problems with the port openings and the handle was on the other side, so it did not block the charger.”
