“I thought by the website we would receive the case within 5-7 days but it took almost 3 weeks. Now that we have the case I am not pleased with the quality as it is not sturdy enough to hold up the iPad. We have bought these cases before for smaller iPads and they have been amazing. Probably returning this one.”

Hello Stephanie, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry the case did not work out for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Because the Cooper Dynamo is made out of rugged, lightweight EVA foam. The structure of the case with the iPad's weight is not strong enough to support this in an upright position. Instead, the stand of the case can flip into a typing/drawing angle. This also converts into a handy handle when you are on the move. We have warehouses across the globe. It might be that the item was not available at the local warehouse so this was shipped directly from our main warehouse. I apologize for this inconvenience. I can understand how important it is to have your device protected only to find out you will have to wait a little longer for the case to arrive. “Love the durability and stiffness, roughness and toughness. Little fellow had it for 5 minutes and dropped the iPad but sure enough no damage. Over the last 3 months replaced two broken screens. Now dont have to be concerned about drops and falls. Great buy. Glad I found it on .”

“My iPad is safe in this cover. My toddler uses it all the time and throws on floor but nothing ever happened to my iPad. Provides good protection.”
