“Very prompt shipment and arrival. It is a bit hard to place our Ipad in the holder and I gave the owner a suggestion. He thought there was a defect and offered to reimburse/ fix it or replace it. Overall, this is our 3rd case for an IPad (3rd Ipad) and we love them with for our 5 and 7 year old boys. They protect the Ipad from drops, and its easy to carry them around and prop them up. As a dad, I am also relieved to know the Ipads are safe no matter what my boys do with them. Overall I would recommend this product hands down, no reservations!”
