“The quality of the lens and customer service response was all good. The problem was time for a turnaround. As noted in other reviews the delay was because the lens was defective and a new pair had to be made. I also had two (2) sets of sunglasses frames converted to the prescription lens. Never mentioned a discount such as for the second pair until completion of the transaction. Then daily emails offering various discounts.”
