“the course worked great for a few weeks, my baby grasped the concept of falling asleep independently by about 8 days in and we did get 10-12 hour stretches for a good 2-3weeks. But eventually she started waking up more throughout the night and pop ins only made things worse. Ive tried to stay consistent but being up for an hour at 2am 4 nights in a row was messing with my mental health again. It could be a sleep regression or a tooth coming in but I was hoping she could push thru with the techniques she’s learned. She still falls asleep independently at the begining of the night but the middle of the night wake ups are getting more and more consistent. Hopefully when this tooth pops in we can get back to some good sleep.”

“A friend recommended this course and it is paying back in dividends!! My daughter was am excellent sleeper until 3.5 months. Queue major regression. From waking up once a night she went to between 6 and 8 times. Awful. However, with Caras guidance, at around 5months old, she now pretty much sleeps through! With a dream feed. But on my terms. She is also super flexible, so long as we do the routine, the time doesn't really matter (obviously naps get affected if we stretch) she will go to sleep. This helped us so much while traveling for the first time and being in a number of foreign places. Cannot recommend enough! The first few nights are hard, and sometimes you need to resist the temptation to comfort cuddle, but the sleep that you will have is worth it.”
