The concepts seem simple but having someone lay out the details, the why’s, and why it is so important to be consistent and confident I think made the difference. It feels like magic and we now have a one year old that sleeps 11-12 hours through the night! We are incredibly grateful.

I was skeptical about starting sleep training. I had been sleep deprived for two months and decided to try this program. It worked just after one night it really saved my mental health, mine & my babies sleep and gave me a good foundation to prepare myself and set my child up for a successful night sleep! I’ve already recommended this to two of my friends who have also found success in sleep training! Thank you!!

It's difficult to emphasize enough how much of a GAME CHANGER this course was for our family. Our firstborn slept 6 hours/night even as a newborn so when our second child was still taking 4 feedings a night at 5 months old we were all just surviving and dreading nights. I knew she needed something from us but didn't know how and this was IT! Night #1 was tough but all of our nights had been tough. And by Night #3 she was sleeping 8 hours with no crying and no feedings! We are cannot recommend this course enough!!!

We struggled as soon as we unswaddled our little one. We were dealing with cold season so we didn’t begin ABCs of Sleep until she was 9 months old. After night 2 we never had to go back in her room! She would wake up and wine for a minute or so sometimes but then put herself right back to sleep. By night 13 she was sleeping throughout the whole night, 7:15pm to 6:30-7am. Her dad and I have so much more energy now and we can be fully present from the start of the morning with our baby.

This program helped my 5 month old who was waking every hour to nurse sleep longer stretches and through the night. It gave me the confidence and tools to also customize and be flexible with what we both needed to make nights go smoothly. With my first daughter this program took about 3 days to work. With my second daughter it took close to a month but i had the confidence to continue and it’s been successful! Stick with it!!

When I started this class I was hesitant due to the price but I was desperate for sleep. My baby was 7 months old when I started this class and has slept through the night ever since. He is now 9 months and sleeps 11-12 hours every night. This class was a life saver and I recommend it to everyone having sleep problems with their little ones!

My baby started sleeping through the night when he was 2 months, just by himself. Then once we got to the 4 month sleep regression, everything changed. He started waking up at a minimum of 3 times a night and sometimes even every hour. I wasn’t feeding him during his wakings, so I didn’t mess up any of his eating habits, and he wasn’t hungry but he kept on repeatedly waking up. This lasted for 5 months, until I purchased this guide. It took my baby 4 nights of following this plan, those 4 nights were hard and there was a lot of crying(for what I was used to) because I was picking him up at every sound. Since the 5th night, he has been sleeping through the night, and going down for naps and at night with no protest at all. He is a really happy baby and he now loves to sleep in his own bed. One quite long review from a VERY grateful mum who finally got to sleep after almost 5 months! Worth every penny :)

I had heard about this sleep training program from a friend and it worked well for her. Our 4 yr old still sleeps in our bed and I didn’t want that to happen with our second baby. We started the program when our baby was 7 months old. The first two nights were a little challenging but I did it by myself when my husband was gone for work for 10 days (he won’t let the baby just cry so I knew I had to do it when he was gone). By the time he got back, we were in a great routine and my husband transitioned into the program easily upon return. We did travel right at the end of the first two weeks and were able to maintain (pack and play in the bathroom of the hotel room) our sleep progress. Now to get the 4 year old to sleep in his bed….
