“I have been following Cara on instagram for years, with my first child all the tips worked but with the second child nothing was working. When I bought the course I was super skeptical but I was desperate so I decided to try. I regret not buying the course sooner!! From the second night to this date he has been sleeping from 8pm to 8am and sleeping long naps (I did nap training as well). I thought he wasn't going to sleep well ever, he was waking up 4 times a night and sleeping 20 min naps during the day.
