“This course was by far the most helpful tool for my husband and I to navagiate any troublshooting we needed for a restful sleep for our household! We are so thankful and couldn't reccomend this collection more!”
“If you are reading this— maybe you are preparing for baby or they are already here and you’re so tired! I know there are 100+ things to think about and decide on. Hear me say this: the TCB program has been the single most important investment we’ve made in our little one and our first 7+ months as parents. We took the NB class and geared up for formal sleep training around 5 months… it took one night! The nap training also *saved* my sanity. Trust the process, it is not linear as Cara explains. But you will arrive at a successful destination no matter your baby’s temperament. My son is extraordinarily engaged and was not a typical snoozy newborn. It didn’t matter, now he is known as a “great sleeper” among all our friends. We worked hard with TCB and our LO and it’s been sooo wonderful. The 0-4 month class is so empowering to start with and an amazing foundation for your babe. This is about so much more than sleep. Our little guy is well rested and thriving, and feels his best so much of the time. This is connected to his development and his experience of the world. This approach is emotionally sensitive, customizable, and allows you to go through your days and nights with confidence and flexibility. Truly! Not rigid, not cry it out. 100/10 recommend.”
“This course addressed every concern I had about sleep training and it worked!! I wish I’d had this for my first two children. It’s made for a far more enjoyable first 6 months.”
“Our baby started sleeping 8 hour stretches around 2 months but bedtime was always VERY assisted, and everything went haywire when we had the 4 month sleep regression, changing caregivers, a cold, and an out-of-state move over the course of a couple months. By the time we were settled in after our move, bedtime was still taking hours, baby was only falling asleep if I was nursing on the ground next to him and silently left the room, and all naps were contact naps. We started sleep training around 6.5 months, and it took TWO day for our baby to go back to sleeping through the night and to fall asleep independently for the first time. A week or two later, we started the nap course as well. This one took a little longer to get consistency with (maybe a month), but our baby went from only contact napping to needing to woken up from his naps half the time. This course gave our whole family full nights of rested sleep and gave me the freedom of free time during naps. I recommend this to anyone who asks me about sleep.”
“The information provided was quite comprehensive and helps me to feel prepared to go through sleep training, which did not take long for my son who was waking up every 2 hours at night when he was 9 months old”
“Overall review: some good parts, lots of things that are offered for free on her website are included in course, wish it could be purchased in smaller parts so you don't have to get the things you don't need.
My baby had always been a good sleeper since birth and was sleeping through the night but then we hit a ROUGH 8 month sleep regression as she was learning to sit & crawl. I learned a few new things from this collection that helped us get through it and get her back to sleeping through the night. One thing it helped us with was how to night wean feedings and teach her to settle herself.
The reason I gave this 3 stars is because I feel like a lot of the information in this course is given free via the blog or on instagram. Many of the things in the course I had already started doing because I had learned it through those avenues (daytime schedule, night time routine, sleep enviornment). If you are willing really scour the blog or follow her instagram closely - I feel like you can find most of the information without paying. Some of the sleep schedules, bedtime routines, how to set up sleep enviornment were already things I had gotten free on instagram/blog. It was a little frustrating to pay $250 and realize this.
Also, I did not need the nap portion of this course at all, we had already mastered naps. So I wish that I could have just purchased the nightime portion and not paid as much.
Overall, I feel like this course was okay - not great. It did give us some helpful information about night weanings and how to help her learn to self soothe. A lot of the information I paid a lot for I did not need or found free on her site. I wish there was an option to just purchase the nightime portion or just purchase the nap portion. It was a lot of money for not needing most of it!”

“My husband was very very sceptical about the program and its worth. After seeing the results, even he would recommend it. There is nothing like a full nights sleep! And a happy wife whose struggling from sleep deprivation
The course is very concise, well set out and answers all questions. There is a lot of information, so some videos will need to be watched multiple times to get the full gain of them.
I have so much confidence with my baby since taking the first five months and now this course. I recommend them to all my friends that are new mums to be.
Only downside I would say is the price, it is fairly expensive. It was only getting to a desperate point with sleep that we pulled the plug and purchased the course. With the 30 day money back guarantee, you cant go wrong. I just wouldnt have brought it if didnt get desperate.”
“Works like a charm if you just follow the steps as prescribed. If you slack or slip on certain things you just aren’t going to get the full benefits. It’s tough to hear your child cry, but in the end when they sleep through the night, everyone is better off.”
