“Our baby is 11 months old. We originally did Cara’s new born course and found it really helpful! We didn’t start the 5-24 month course at 5 months as baby was sleeping pretty well at that point. Once teething started everything went pear shaped very quickly. We bought the 5-25 month course a few months ago, however we have been waiting for incisors (top and bottom) to cut all this time… so we haven’t officially started the course yet. We did instigate certain things from the course already though, such as the bedtime routine with bath, breastfeeding, swaddle, lights out etc. we did also purchase a sound machine that goes all night on Cara’s recommendation, and that alone has made an enormous difference. Once the last incisor cuts we will officially start. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the course comes with short videos which is great, but I have adhd and I really need written notes as well. I’m not talking about a transcript, just bullet point notes or something written to accompany the videos. This would really help neurodivergent people. My husband doesn’t have adhd but is is insanely busy and stressed at work and so written notes would be helpful for him too. Cara’s team, if you could implement that, I will happily give 5 stars because even though we haven’t officially started the sleep training, we have had enormous improvements with Cara’s course.
