My husband and I swear by these classes. We have bought the newborn, baby, and now toddler sleep classes for both of our girls. After months of toddler sleep regression when our daughter was almost 3, it only took 2 nights to get things back on track after implementing this plan. Highest recommendation and worth every penny.

This Toddler Sleep class literally changed my life. I had gone through the newborn and 5-24mo courses as well, had a great little sleeper because of them, and then toddlerhood happened! Around 2.5yrs old my daughter refused to sleep in her crib and insisted on sleeping in her teepee in her room… This quickly changed our nights and parenting was honestly the toughest it has ever been for us. After this course, literally within 2 weeks she is thriving and sleeping in her big girl bed all throughout the night. Thank you TakingCaraBabies! I am so grateful for your knowledge and expertise!

This class saved us. Our 3 year old was getting up multiple times a night and would end up sleeping in our bed at least 4 times a week. Even getting him to bed was horrific. Within the first few days of implementing Cara’s teaching he was going to be within 20 min and getting out of bed less. We are two weeks in and he now goes to bed in under 20 min, loves his routine, and sleeps through the night in his own bed! We are so grateful for this class!

I used the baby sleep training course when my son was five months old, and it worked beautifully. As he started talking and developed a fear of the dark we feel out of our routine. Within one week of incorporating the new approaches from this course we are back on track and our son is sleeping 7:30-6:30 every single night. I cannot recommend this course, or Cara’s other courses, enough.

Unlike the infant sleep training program this program was very very vague… we were left with so many questions and we still have a toddler that doesn’t sleep though the night (despite sleep training him at 6mo and again with this program).

We loved and used the newborn and 5-24m sleep courses and they worked great. We just tried the toddler course because our toddler was suddenly wanting us to stay in the room with him to fall asleep. We followed the plan to a t and his sleep got exponentially worse. We went from independent nap and staying across the room to fall asleep to having to hold him to fall asleep for nap and bedtime. Our comfort saying sends him spiralling in panic in the middle of the day if he can’t see us and he clings around our neck at sleeptime and won’t let go. We took a break since we are now at the worst point in the chart and will try again in a month or so and hope he’s developmentally at a different point that it works and if so I I’ll update this review.

Our daughter has slept well on her own since birth, so we just assumed we were set for life (ha!). Imagine our shock when, overnight, she suddenly refused to get into her crib and couldn’t sleep for longer than 30-60 minutes without a screaming panic. We had previously used a different sleep school, so I tried their protocol for 5 long weeks (sitting on her floor, awake throughout the night, for 5 weeks!) and we weren’t making progress. Out of desperation, I signed up for this training to see what I was missing. I also signed up for a 1:1 consult. Immediately she identified the previously sleep school had led us astray on a few key issues (moving to a bed, sleep windows, response approach) and she taught me how to realign. Within two nights, we were back to 12-hours of happy sleep. Our daughter is a confident sleeper again!
