“We just had a baby in June and our 3.5 year old daughter has not been sleeping in her own been since then. We were drowning in no sleep land. The Toddler Sleep class has changed all that. “If you’re considering buying this class I would recommend it in a heartbeat! I thought the class would be strictly about nighttime sleep, but was pleasantly surprised that she discussed daytime as well so as far as price goes you get so much more than just nighttime sleep. We have seen great success so far (my son would come into our bed in the middle of the night) he’s been coming now 1-2 times after 7+ times the first night. She has strategies starting from co sleeping down to getting out of bed at night- so really any stage you’re in it would be helpful. My son was so happy this morning when he saw his hatch light turn green. I took Cara’s infant class for my son and he was a great sleeper then so I can’t thank Cara enough for hitting the nail on the head once again.”
“I have had great little sleepers as babies, thanks to @takingcarababies!! And, for the most part, that has transitioned into toddlerhood! The curveballs thrown at us from random short naps & early wakings, to moving siblings into a shared room, are for sure things we’ve needed to navigate!
