“Hi there! We're only on month 3 with my first baby but sleep has rarely been an issue since utilizing the first five months bundle. I just put my 3 month old down AWAKE for her second nap and she fell asleep on her own. She is almost always put down awake for naps and night time sleep. If she needs more support, I'm happy to have a some cuddle time and this program allows and supports that kind of flexibility. I follow the appropriate wake windows and her sleepy cues and it works like a charm the majority of the time. I never let her cry it out and I believe we have a wonderful supportive environment for healthy, happy sleep. Hopefully the 4 month regression isn't too hard to get through”
“I loved Taking Cara Babies approach to helping me set a great foundation for sleep for my 2, now 4 month old. Her inclusive and non shaming approach to this whole process was a welcome reprieve from the pressure parents put on themselves for being “perfect.” My only feedback is that I am exclusively breastfeeding and my lactation consultant shared that I probably need to feed more often than what the typical taking Cara babies schedule indicates so there are adjustments that need to be made for exclusively breast feed babies.”
“Any and all of the TCB courses are amazing and gave me confidence during a time when I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. The courses, and Cara, are like a guidebook for both your child's days and nights, how to handle challenges, when to course correct and when to not stress about certain things. These courses were life-changing and I not only recommend them to everyone who is expecting, but I also buy them for anyone in my life who is a first-time parent. I'm expecting my second child and will be utilizing all the methods from TCB and I'm so confident I will have a great sleeper again, just like we experienced with our first child thanks to TCB.”
“This program was so helpful to us and our baby! They are so unbiased and understanding. We listened to this program before our baby arrived and we referred back to the material several times while encountering sleep issues. This info was so helpful, and I have referred several friends that love it. As a labor and delivery nurse, I thought I was familiar with newborns, but quickly I became aware that I knew nothing about baby sleep behaviors and much more. I am so glad I bought this program.”
“Taking this class is my number one recommendation for new parents. Cara provides clear guidance on strategies to try to best support your baby without being condescending, strict, or unrealistic.
Especially when you're starting this journey for the first time, so many resources that claim to offer support end up leaving you feeling inadequate and judged. Cara does the exact opposite - she provides compassionate guidance and constant reassurance that even when naps, nights, and other parts of parenting don't follow a perfect script, you're doing a great job - and tomorrow is a new day! We watched the full video series before our little one was born and have gone back multiple times for quick reference on a specific situation. In our house, "What does Cara say you should do?" has become the constant refrain when we're dealing with a difficult sleep situation. Truly could not recommend this class more!”
“This course was recommended to me from a friend. My 10 week old at the time only did contact naps or napped in the swing. During the night she slept in bed next to me or on me and nursing every 2-5 hours. When she was not napping well after vacation I decided to give this course a try. It was a night and day change instantly. We conquered naps and nighttime sleep all at the same time. I realized I was mistaking her active sleep as she wanted to nurse and we quickly went to doing 5-7 hour stretches at night following the SITBACK technique. At 3 1/2 months she is putting herself to sleep and is sleeping through the night in her own crib.”
