The newborn videos have been so helpful! Even though we are still working on longer intervals of sleep, the series provided such great tips and calmed my anxiety about us (as parents) doing something wrong.

Wow! I am absolutely amazed how much this class helped me with my baby’s sleep! I don’t know how I would have made it though the first five months without this class! My baby is currently 5 months old and is falling asleep independently and getting 12 hours a night with only the occasional night wakings. I am so satisfied with this class and always recommend it to any new mom! Seriously a lifesaver for me.

Baby is 3 weeks old and is sleeping 4 hour stretches consistently at night. He has even had 5 hour and 7 hour nights! Definitely feel this has helped us a lot in navigating newborn sleep. Looking forward to helping little bubbs get longer stretches for him and for us!

The classes were very helpful to understand my baby sleepy cues, sleep schedule, awake Windows, and how to help them soothe and do less intervention until they can sleep more independently. At the beginning it was confusing, but it gets better as we practice. I just wish there was more information about the transition after 12 weeks, when babies fight the swaddle. My baby wouldn't calm down with CRIES when he was closer to 12 weeks, and we realized he just needed a transition swaddle so that he could have his arms up and be able to move them. After that, he is sleeping a lot better. Another challenge is to see that fine line between pushing awake times and overtiredness. When we tried to push the awake time, my baby was super fussy and it was hard to put him in bed. So I decided to respect his awake time and wait until he is developmentally ready to be awake for longer time. The class also focused on sleeping at home, but it would have been good to have more information about naps or sleep time when we are outside, because we won't always have a relaxing sleeping environment, blackout curtains or white noise. Other than these specific areas, I think it's worth it to try because it helps us, as parents, to go step by step to teach babies independent sleeping without an extremist sleep training.

I learned so much from Cara’s newborn course last year that I had to purchase it for my best friend. Whenever my partner and I struggle with our daughter’s sleep we think “What Would Cara Do” and find answers on her blogs, Instagram and pdfs. Cara’s videos and info are practical and reassuring- she takes the guesswork out of a very stressful and important part of parenting- sleep!

I’m a mom of three. I have a 6 year old, 3 year old and a newborn. With my first two being terrible sleepers, I wanted to try this course to hopefully get my littlest on the right track from the start. I absolutely loved this course. There was zero mom shaming or guilt, it was so kind and informative, and best of all, the advice worked!! My little is now 7 weeks old, and sleeps in his own bassinet all night (waking to eat twice usually) and can put himself to sleep all by himself most of the time. And no crying it out or anything like that! The foundation for good sleep was laid from the start thanks to this course! New mom? Seasoned mom? You need this course!! Thank you Cara!!

This course saved me! I started out knowing nothing about newborns needing a routine and this really did help me set up a schedule for my baby. She now only wakes up for one feeding in the night and I can confidently put her down in her crib for sleep at 2.5 months.
