“A baby that sleeps 7-7! This course gave us the confidence to know how to react and handle our first born. We know gift it to any expecting friends and talk about cara as if she was our friend “oh, you need cara!”. Thank you!”
“We purchased this course in desperation - we had been home a few weeks with our first baby and needed some sanity. We were craving confidence from a good nap routine. While this course may really help some people, it moved too slowly for us and it was all stuff we were already doing with our baby instinctually. Our questions that we had before taking the course were not answered. The courses from Cara for older babies / children have been more helpful, but the first five months course did not help us as much as we were hoping.”

“So helpful as first-time parents. Rather than bickering and worrying throughout the night about what the best course of action was, we were UNITED and had a PLAN! Such a gift. Cara is a pro at calming babies, obviously, but also a pro at graciously calming & encouraging parents, too. Thankful is an understatement!”
“This course is a God send. I am a cardiac ICU nurse. I thrive off learning, being prepared, and being in control. I read many books during pregnancy.
At 3 weeks and 4 days, I was following another program’s schedule as closely as possible and everything was going fine. The problem would be when grandparents would visit.
My husband and I are both “relatively older” first time parents compared to everyone around us (I’m basically 30 and he’s 35). We both come from parents that were “relatively older” too (30-36).
Our parents don’t believe in waking a baby to eat. They also don’t realize how important a nap is. They come into my house and keep my daughter up for the full 2-2.5 hours between feedings. She would be inconsolable when they would leave, and I didn’t feel like anything I was doing was helping. I knew there had to be a better way. I remembered someone mentioning Taking Cara Babies to me so I looked it up. What could that hurt? As soon as I read it helps with “calming a fussy baby,” I was sold. I felt like the other things I had read didn’t really tell me how to calm a fussing baby.
Easiest $99 I’ve ever spent. In the videos, you said not to actually start it until week 4 but we could start practicing. And practice I did. Immediately. I need you to know that it worked the first time, and every time after. CRIES is a life saver.
I need to add she’s not a fussy baby. She’s very easy going… but when grandma doesn’t let her sleep or grandpa talks crazy loud AND wants the tv on (loud) with all of the lights and she’s overwhelmed, I can calm her back down after they leave.
Hearing her upset breaks my heart every time, and I can help her through it.”
“I was so thankful for this class! The videos with Cara were very helpful, especially the sleepovers and seeing the techniques employed in real-time. My LO isn't yet sleeping through the night at 3 months, however, we have made a lot of progress and the techniques have given me so much confidence moving forward. My only regret is that I didn't hear about the class until my LO was 7 weeks, and wish I could have started from birth. Highly recommend this class to all new moms!”
“As a first time mom, I felt lost on the “do’s and don’ts” of getting my baby to sleep. The first five months bundle significantly helped tech us tips and tricks to help our little one sleep better and longer.”
