“This program was life-changing! I am a FTM and we started when my son was just over 6 weeks old. He was getting up about every 1-2 hours per night. Once we implemented these strategies he began to sleep longer stretches over the next week. He is now almost 3 months old and sleeps 12 hours with one occasional night wakeup at 3:30. I will be buying this for my FTM mom friends!”
“My husband and I found this bundle to be beyond helpful. First of all, Cara is WILDLY personable. This makes it incredibly easy to learn from her. We have taken other online courses and my husband consistently remarks "she's not CARA..." in terms of how warm and wonderful and intelligent Cara is and how effective that is as a teacher. We learned so much about our baby and his cues, it honestly has helped make these first few months infinitely easier than they would have otherwise been. We recommend Cara to everyone, and have bought multiple friends this class because of how helpful we found it. The only thing I would emphasize is normalizing crying! So that new parents don't fear it so much or feel they are doing something wrong when it happens. This class does give you so many techniques for both better understanding and soothing your baby. Couldn't recommend more. Absolutely worth it.”
“I have done all of Cara’s classes! We started the ABC’s of sleep with my now 4 year old, and it was life changing! He went from nursing/crying all night at 10 months old to sleeping 12 hours a night after our first night implementing the plan!
He then had regression when he turned 3.5 and moved into a big bed from crib. This was right when Cara’s toddler class came out! Again, life changing from day 1! Bedtime became a breeze again along with his general listening habits, and he was back to his sweet self!
Finally, I just had a new baby and took her newborn class! He is only 5 days old and implanting her strategies is again a different world than my experience with my last! We are working on switching day/night confusion and he has already gone from waking up to eat every 1.5 hours at night to the proper eating/sleep windows at night!”
“If you’re thinking about buying this, do it! You won’t regret it. Our baby was a premie and is approaching 3 months and sleeps 6-8 hours after the start of his last feeding. This course gave us tips and tricks to utilize and gave us the confidence we needed to be the best parents possible. Cara, thank you!!”
“After watching these videos, we finally began to understand our 5-week-old! What we thought was a colicky baby turned out to be one who simply needed to nap, just like Cara said. Within days of applying Cara's tips and schedule, we started to have a happier baby and more rested parents. We cannot thank Cara and her team enough! We've recommended this course to every expecting couple we know, and to our pediatrician friends. Every expecting family should watch these! We plan to gift this course to our expecting friends in the future”
“We started implementing the Taking Cara Babies techniques when my daughter was about a month old and we are true believers! She's sleeping through the night and if she does wake up, it's easier to put her back to sleep or have her put herself back to sleep. Highly recommend to anyone!”
“I bought this course with desperate hope that it might help me to help my then 10 week old to sleep independently and in his own cot. I think I was much too late and our sleep challenges not really related to what this course can solve. He doesn’t take a pacifier and the alternative suggested in the course was met with utter hysterics. Don’t even get me started on the swaddle. He cannot fall asleep on his own and he is three month old. From then and up till today he is dependent on me to nurse and hold him to sleep. We co-sleep at night using Safe-Sleep 7.
The course didn’t work for me even though I came away with a lot more understanding about infant sleep and was able to use a tip or two.
It was quite a pricy course to use my savings on but I won’t ask for a refund as I had watched and read all the course materials. Cara comes across as a very earnest and empathic lady. Her sincerity and obvious love for babies is prevalent throughout all of her videos so I would recommend this particular course for expecting parents or those with very young infants who have not settled in habits yet.
As for me, maybe one day I can afford her course for older babies.”
“These classes were SO helpful for my wife and I to learn about and understand our babies cues. It made life way easier, and our baby started sleeping through the night fairly consistently around 10 weeks. One thing the program doesn't really convey, though, is just how hard weeks 4-8 are when you're using the techniques to extend night sleep! That was rough! But it was worth it, as the process works and doesn't require having babies cry it out.”
