“Looks great, I now have a full carbon foil setup, and no worries of corrosion. 200gsm lighter, the mast, foil and stab connection is perfect. Nice one.
The gain is mainly weight, perhaps a small improvement on glide but no corrosion lets me keep my foil plane all setup which is great… plus I like the the little cover, shame it couldn’t be used when the fuse is mounted but I know its in the pipeline.”
“Très habitué jusqu’ici aux fuselages alu (court & long), je navigue maintenant depuis plusieurs semaines avec le fuselage carbone.
D’abord le gros point positif c’est l’entretien : plus de corrosion, plus besoin de rinçage, point important lorsque l’on navigue souvent et que le temps est compté.
Je trouve aussi un gain en glisse et en sensation sous les pieds, comme si l’ensemble traversait mieux l’eau et le clapot qu’avec les fuselage Alu.
Pour finir, esthétiquement c’est une réussite, avec le fuselage, l’ensemble carbone est superbe, ça fait un setup très quali :-)”

This new carbon fiber one is a beautifully crafted part with an excellent finish. It's also lighter, smoother, and noticeably faster on sailing compared to aluminum, also there is a perfect fitting with front wing, stab and carbon mast.
