“Tres bon foil de surf et de wing. Très stable sur le début de vol en wing et sur les virements/ jibe. Il est plutôt joueurs sur les surf en wing et surf foil, on peut chercher des trajectoires radicales sans problème. Il glide très bien au pumping également. Gros point positif sur le montage du foil, pas de jeux et très solide.
Néanmoins le mat est relativement épais et large, on le ressent rapidement lors des surf en wing, ce qui oblige à être bien haut. L'aile est relativement épaisse également et peut saturer en vitesse sur les allures de près, mais très largement suffisant.”
“Je l'ai en 1250 et c'est l'aile que j'utilise (75kg) actuellement le plus malgré la taille. J'ai souvent des conditions light dans les vagues et j'aime son glide et pumping. Ma copine (65kg) a appris avec la 1700 et utilise maintenant tout le temps la 1250 aussi. Ce n'est pas un foil très rapide mais il est accessible et sain tout en permettant une bonne progression.”

The 1700 is a "pump yourself up on no wind" device, works from the very light wind, but i was able to ride between 6 and 28 knots of wind. It remains friendly, predictable from light wind to strong wind and totally overpowered.
Was also testing the 1700 with an electric assist (Stokefoil Boost) and it worked like a charm on the lowest gear ("L" mode), needing virtually no energy.
Both sizes are pumping easy with a generous sweet spot making this setup forgiving.
It rides easy in maneuvers and flies long so you have plenty of time perfecting your technique.
Carving is easy and the 1700 turns well for its size.
You can go upwind with very good angles.
Speed is good for allround Foil (up to 32 km/h with the 1700 and up to 39 km/h with the 1250 (will probably go faster, but no good conditions to thoroughly test max speed))”
