“I made this purchase because I wanted a board that would be easy for travelling, good in light wind but also comfortable in strong wind, heavy chop, waves etc.
I've just come back from a windy holiday in Fuerteventura, and I can say that it is definitely all these things. At just a bit more than 85kg, I'm finding the board easy and stable at 100 litres. Very light and with much of the volume behind you, it's a great shape for free ride/swelling riding.
I like the colours too, and price seemed very reasonable.
Only improvement point would be a bag that is better for travel. The other major French online supplier of foiling equipment provides a bag that will carry your foils, wings and wetsuit; it's a shame the Takoon bag is only big enough to comfortably carry the board.”
